Working with me you can look forward to a counsellor who listens to you and works with you to move forward with your thoughts, feelings and life issues. I am a warm, empathetic and open-minded counsellor offering you a safe space to explore your concerns. We discuss the type of counselling that suits you best. We work together to explore your concerns and design strategies that will help you in areas that include: anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, emotional regulation, shame, identity, social and work stressors, as well as school, relationship, friendship, and family issues.

About Me

I work in the Remuera area in Auckland in-person and online.

I am a warm, empathetic and open-minded counsellor offering you a safe space to explore your concerns. Most recently I have worked as a School Guidance Counsellor for students in years 11 to 13 and as a Community Counsellor. I currently also work as a Career Practitioner and have Professional Membership with the Career Development Association of New Zealand. Previously I have worked as a Manager and a Programme Facilitator delivering programmes including drug and alcohol programmes. I have worked extensively with people who have had difficult work situations and clients who have experienced physical injuries that have impeded their life plans.

Counselling for Work Issues

Challenging work situations are one of my specialities. I have had an extensive management career and have a Masters in Organisational Psychology. I have worked with many clients experiencing challenging work exits including redundancy situations.
