Therapeutic Day Rent Rooms Available in Beautiful Villa

Two rooms available for therapeutic practice in the villa at 30 Te Aroha Street, Claudelands. Two counsellors are currently practicing from the villa full time, alongside some part time occupants of the day rooms.

In front of the villa there are two visitor parks, with plenty of on street parking in nearby side streets if the front parks are already occupied.

Staff parking is available at the back of the villa, as well as a deck with outdoor furniture for staff to have breaks together, or to have a breather between sessions.

Room 1:

• Furnished as a talk therapy space with some drawing supplies available
• Computer desk with chair also in the room

Room 2:

• Furnished as a talk therapy space with some art supplies and small sand tray kit available
• Computer desk with chair also in the room

Rates:

• $60 full day
• $35 half day (including GST)
• Rental includes bathroom consumables, café supplies in the waiting area, power and gas, and fibre internet.
