I’m Tiera Foy (she/her), a registered counsellor and educator based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. With 15 years of experience working alongside young people and families—including 7 years as a counsellor—I’m here to support you. I hold a Master of Counselling from the University of Auckland, and I’m available for in-person and online sessions.
