Navigating life's challenges to find peace and purpose

Observing human nature and behaviour all my life led me into the world of counselling. I also have extensive experience as a wellbeing coach supporting those living with complex chronic health, helping them to find practical solutions to manage their symptoms, acceptance of their situation, and to deal with the loss and grief they experience with the loss of their dreams and goals.

I support people to navigate the change process and to find new meaning and joy in their lives again. Are you struggling to make sense of the curveballs life is throwing at you?  Are you requiring support to navigate a change process, maybe you are wishing to create change or are you entering a transition period in your life? Is conflict and stress derailing daily life and distracting you from your purpose, desires, wishes and joy? Are you seeking to live a more fulfilled, joyful, authentic life, but unsure how or where to begin?

Building trusting relationships through a person-centred approach is at the core of my mahi, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing where you will feel supported to discuss your concerns and explore your inner world. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, my goal is to empower you to take charge of your own wellbeing, to discover your inner strength, and to live a life that is true to who you are. Together, we can explore the challenges you face, celebrate your successes, and work towards creating a brighter, more fulfilling future.

So… when you are ready, I look forward to meeting you.

A little more about me:

I am a wife and mother to two amazing adult sons and Granny T to three delightful granddaughters. In my spare time I enjoy being in the presence of these gorgeous humans and in the presence of nature, which I love to capture through the lens of my camera. Personal growth and spiritual enlightenment through self care practices such as mindfulness meditation and breathing practices are keen interests I embody regularly. In addition to my professional background, my personal journey has been enriched by numerous life experiences that have shaped my perspective and approach. These experiences have made me more empathetic and open-minded, qualities that I bring into every counselling session.
