Wellhub – Serviced Offices for Therapists

WellHub is a modern social floor that comprises 7 rooms based in Central Wellington. Our floor includes counsellors, clinical and registered psychologists, craniosacral therapists, social workers, and a naturopath – and we welcome other health professionals to complement the floor.  

Our rooms are warm, and private, have fresh air and natural light, and are quiet. We have a shared waiting room and bathroom facilities. Our practitioners are collaborative and collegial, giving the feel of a workplace rather than working in isolation. The lease price includes Printer/scanner and printing expenses, Wi-fi, document destruction, cleaning, heating, and kitchen supplies. 

We are a social floor and enjoy catching up for a drink or nibbles every couple of months and for an end-of-year Christmas dinner – as well as having a shared Slack channel for keeping in touch.

Availability:

• Lease options on Tuesdays and Thursday are available in a shared furnished office (4-month and 12-month lease options available)
• Minimum one full fixed day for 4-month term (no one-off use, half-day or hourly rate availability, unfortunately)
