Zosia Pardela

Counselling and IFS Therapy

Kia ora,

I am a registered counsellor and I offer trauma-informed IFS therapy for people who often feel anxious, overwhelmed or not good enough.  Life can be messy and I have a ton of compassion for all the funky and painful emotions that are a part of our human experience.

I really welcome all parts of you – those who are constantly overwhelmed, keep setting higher goals but still worry you’re not good enough, the ones who make you small to please other people, are welcome here – we leave no one at the door.
I have experience helping people through:
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • post-traumatic stress
  • low self-esteem
  • imposter syndrome
  • burnout
  • perfectionism
  • self-criticism
  • stress
  • excessive people-pleasing
  • emotional dysregulation
For counselling to work well, it’s so important it is to find someone you feel safe with. Please get in touch, I’d love to chat and see how I can help you on your journey and answer your questions.
