Announcements

Announcement

As an experienced psychodramatist and psychotherapist I work with individuals, couples and children. I believe that we all have the capacity to accept and embrace who we are and also to change for the better.

If you are seeking help for yourself, for your relationship or your children I provide support by holding a mirror to help you see your patterns and what your needs are.

My goal is that working together we can find the solutions what best serves you.

Areas of Special Interest

With all the personal and professional experience I have I am offering help to people especially in the following areas:

  • Couple Therapy
  • Personal Growth
  • Processing Traumas
  • Somatic therapy
  • Cultural shock-transition to a new culture
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addictions and Substance Abuse
  • Parenting
  • Decision making

Therapeutic Services

As a psychodramatist and psychotherapist I provide space for exploring self awareness, relationships and behavioral patterns. This includes raising awareness on feelings, reactions, insights, body and mind connections and somatic experiences.

I would support you through exploring the relationship with yourself and/or others.

My  professional experience and intuition help individuals, couples and group members move from words into action, which facilitates self-expression and recognition of feelings, creates rapport, builds trust, nurtures a capacity for empathy, and enhances self-acceptance among people.

Therapeutic Approach

My work is strongly influenced by the psychodrama approach. Along with talking I pay attention to somatic experiences. There will be an opportunity to see your life situation with a bird eye view, to see a situation from different perspectives and role reverse with other people. These techniques enhance awareness and empathy.

I am also tapping into exploring somatic experiences through clown work and learning some more about physical theatre.

I believe that therapy is a co-creation between client and therapist.

I have gratitude towards all my previous and current clients to made it possible for me to constantly grow in this profession.

About me

In my free time I love doing sports, being in nature, gardening, tramping and spending time with my loved ones.
